I have had a challenging morning to say the least, which has led me to this post. Anyway, in view of tomorrow being 13 February and a Friday .... I always print out a paper copy of my blog just in case anything happens to my PC. As you know, I write my blog primarily as a family diary. I needed the discipline of blogging to make me write it all down. Somehow, despite the post about letter writing, writing all this down in a paper diary isn't enough for me!

If you get chance buy an external hard drive and back up your computer, at least your photos! Don't worry nothing happened (so far) to my photographs. I have all my stuff backed up. My husband in the past sold computer storage in large quantities. Interestingly - 1 terrabyte of storage is available today on Amazon for £75, that same amount of storage about 20 years ago cost £8 million!! This is true - not a made up fact! So although bread may have gone up etc, computer storage costs have definitely gone down! How the technological revolution is evolving!
