I had ordered some things for Skyla's birthday from Cath Kidston. She is a well trained daughter and had asked for sewing things for her birthday. I ordered online, I phoned and phoned yet no delivery - it was too nail biting close to her birthday not to go to CK in Brighton and buy the things from the flipping shop. I was not confident that a conversation with a little girl would go well on her birthday morning - you know - well the delivery man is late, he may come today or tomorrow - no, no, no!
It was horrible going shopping - ha ha ha ha ha ha LOL!!! The lovely manager of the shop said that if I popped off for 20 minutes she would wrap everything. Yeah for girls like that!
Then back to reality - we stopped off at the Booth Museum in Brighton - It is a free museum full of a load of taxidermy! Dead birds galore! All sorts of weird things. The kids love it though.
Then we went to the park opposite. After a good run around we spotted a beautiful maple tree and its glorious leaves scattered around.
